About the role

  • Lead highly complex, cross-functional and multi-phase projects and programs of strategic importance.
  • Shape project strategy, establish and manage budgets and schedules at scale.
  • Proactively mitigate enterprise-level risks and manage dependencies across business units.
  • Plan, facilitate, and report on Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring objectives, dependencies, and capacity plans are established.
  • Monitor PI execution, escalate risks, and propose adjustments to maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and functional leadership.
  • Negotiate and secure resources across multiple departments and facilitate executive-level steering committees.
  • Oversee large-scale budgets and complex resource plans and drive change management initiatives.
  • Mentor Project Managers and Associate PMs, fostering continuous improvement and standardized project management practices.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by implementing sustainable practices balancing short-term milestones with long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • Typically 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced qualification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic, high-impact projects with significant organizational reach.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile, PI planning, budgeting at scale, and enterprise risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project management professionals.
  • Strategic project and program management experience designing and guiding complex, multi-stream programs.
  • PI Planning & Agile execution experience coordinating cross-team dependencies and iterative objectives.
  • Stakeholder influence and executive communication skills.
  • Enterprise risk & change management experience.
  • Operational excellence & innovation in delivery frameworks.
