About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute INPUT's corporate communications strategy
- Own the company's external messaging and brand narrative
- Draft company announcements, press releases, newsletters, and corporate updates
- Ensure consistent messaging across all external communications
- Develop personal branding strategies for INPUT's founders and leadership team
- Secure media interviews, podcast appearances, contributed articles, and speaking opportunities
- Draft LinkedIn content, thought leadership pieces, keynote messaging, and executive communications
- Manage founder media requests and external communications
- Research and manage award opportunities for INPUT and its leadership team
- Prepare and submit award nominations
- Maintain a calendar of industry awards, rankings, and recognition opportunities
- Own INPUT's corporate newsletter and company updates
- Develop thought leadership campaigns around company milestones, market insights, and industry trends
- Work closely with the Internal Social Media Manager to translate corporate announcements into engaging social content
- Maintain a communications calendar for newsletters, announcements, founder content, awards, and thought leadership
- Work alongside the Events Lead to maximize PR opportunities around conferences and company events
- Support conference speaker submissions, award entries, media outreach, and post-event communications
- Coordinate press opportunities, interviews, and executive visibility around key industry events
- Help ensure INPUT has a strong presence before, during, and after conferences
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and industry partners
- Monitor industry news and identify opportunities for proactive commentary and thought leadership
- Track media coverage and prepare regular reporting on corporate PR initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, executive communications, or a similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal English
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
- Experience building executive or founder brands
- Experience securing media, podcast, and speaking opportunities
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, social media, and events teams
- Ability to take ownership and proactively identify opportunities to increase INPUT's visibility
- Experience in crypto, fintech, AI, Web3, or emerging technology (nice to have)
- Existing relationships with journalists, conference organizers, podcast hosts, or award bodies (nice to have)
- Agency experience (nice to have)
