About the role

  • Review client briefs and discovery notes to identify pain points, objectives, and opportunities
  • Translate discovery insights into tailored proposals and pitch narratives
  • Write and organize client proposals using existing Input templates and service menus
  • Collaborate with internal PR, KOL, and Creative leads to validate scopes, timelines, and margins
  • Maintain Input’s internal proposal library and continuously improve templates
  • Track proposal performance and identify patterns that increase close rate
  • Ensure proposals are clear, strategic, and client-ready within set turnaround timelines

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Structured, analytical thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and priorities at once
  • Excellent written English and comfort working in remote environments
  • Strong organization and accountability — thrives on deadlines and ownership
