About the role
- Review client briefs and discovery notes to identify pain points, objectives, and opportunities
- Translate discovery insights into tailored proposals and pitch narratives
- Write and organize client proposals using existing Input templates and service menus
- Collaborate with internal PR, KOL, and Creative leads to validate scopes, timelines, and margins
- Maintain Input’s internal proposal library and continuously improve templates
- Track proposal performance and identify patterns that increase close rate
- Ensure proposals are clear, strategic, and client-ready within set turnaround timelines
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR (agency experience preferred)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Structured, analytical thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and priorities at once
- Excellent written English and comfort working in remote environments
- Strong organization and accountability — thrives on deadlines and ownership
