About the role
- Collaborate with Technology leaders to develop and implement People and Culture strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity
- Act as a trusted advisor to Technology Leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with Technology leaders to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals and effective succession planning
- Proactively analyse HR metrics and trends
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of belonging and equal opportunities
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the Technology Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, career development, and employee recognition
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Technology talent management, HR policies, and employment regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on supporting Engineering or Technical teams
- Experience working with international teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex HR concepts to technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven HR decision making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus.
