About the role
- Prospect, mediate, and manage relationships with farmers, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful partnerships.
- Supervise and coordinate third parties seeking farmer partners, ensuring efficiency and quality across processes.
- Conduct remote and in-person meetings to introduce InPlanet and our business model, answer questions, and demonstrate partnership value.
- Identify, organize, and attend relevant fairs and events to promote InPlanet and build valuable connections.
- Collaborate on preparing pitches, webinars, articles, and promotional materials to attract new partners.
- Assist with eligibility assessments, document submission, and the preparation of partnership contracts and NDAs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the farming community, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Track progress through a comprehensive CRM and measure success by hectares secured and partnership velocity.
- Travel across the Central-West region and other areas to strengthen partnerships and support project implementation.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of innovative business models that benefit all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Agronomy or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in agriculture and farming
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience with operational reporting, project analytics, and KPIs
- Prior experience establishing and managing agronomic field trials
- Technical experience with agronomic machinery (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of farm-level operations
