About the role
- Collaborate with scientific and operations teams and provide assistance with various tasks.
- Perform remote work when required.
- Accompany the operations team on farm visits in neighboring municipalities and assist with field tasks.
- Assist with setup, operation, maintenance, and supervision of experiments and projects conducted on farms.
- Perform duties under the supervision of scientific team members.
- Contribute to experiment setup, complete documentation of research activities, and sample collection.
Requirements
- General enthusiasm for environmental activism, agriculture, and soil science
- Demonstrated ability to work diligently and accurately and to perform manual tasks competently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute constructively
- Prepare reports and communicate challenges and achievements to the team
- Observant, courteous, and eager to learn
- A scientific background in agronomy or a related field is an advantage
- English language skills for communicating with our international team are a plus
