About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);
Schedule creation and schedule management;
Development and management of performance indicators (KPIs);
Preparation and analysis of technical scopes;
Reading and interpretation of drawings and project documents;
Structuring and creating the project WBS for construction works;
Preparation and management of physical and financial S-curves;
Technical monitoring of construction works;
Preparation of planning and construction reporting;
Creation and maintenance of performance indicators;
Preparation of technical scopes for construction activities;
Updating schedule progress;
Reporting construction status using visual management techniques;
Quantity takeoffs of materials and services based on project drawings;
Physical measurements/verification of construction activities;
Financial measurements of construction activities;
Analysis and replanning of delayed activities;
Preparation and planning of labor and equipment histograms;
Comparative analysis of budget vs. actual and development of action plans;
Interface and coordination between Construction and Engineering teams;
Control of daily and weekly production with short-term planning;
Verification and monitoring of construction daily logs;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required education: University degree in Engineering (completed or in progress) and Technical qualification in Building/Construction (Técnico em Edificações);
Knowledge: Basic Revit, Intermediate AutoCAD, MS Project (Intermediate/Advanced) and Microsoft Office suite;
Availability to travel nationwide;
Possess a valid Category B driver’s license (CNH Type B) and ability to drive;
