About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Sales team by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support
Conduct patient/customer product demonstrations/training
Attend patient device implants and perform follow-ups to assure success
Provide external staff education on product related specifications
Support sales representatives by identifying clients' clinical needs
Ensure timely product follow-up and support to patients and staff
Manage administrative tasks including patient documentation in Salesforce
Collaborate and educate physicians and hospital personnel on SPR products

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree preferred in a clinical or related field
Must have experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment
3-5 years of related clinical support experience preferred
Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy
Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
Must be flexible for work outside of normal business hours
