About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer client inquiries by phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp.
- Organize calendar of deadlines, hearings, and meetings.
- Manage and file physical and digital documents.
- Make telephone calls to clients and public agencies.
- Update spreadsheets and internal systems with case progress.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience with administrative routines (office, reception, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor with clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and use of e-mail/systems.
- Availability to work on-site during business hours.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment.
- Familiarity with court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, etc.).
- Technical or university education in progress in Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Basic skills in drafting formal documents and customer-facing service.
