About the role
- Handle leads via phone and WhatsApp;
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations;
- Conduct pre-sales intake, understanding needs and advising on services;
- Organize the medical schedule and patient flow in the clinic;
- Record information in the system and keep patient records up to date;
- Follow up on leads and callbacks;
- Support various administrative routines related to the commercial area.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing leads in a commercial/sales context (preferably in clinics, medical offices, or healthcare services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, systems).
- Availability for hybrid work in central Belo Horizonte.
- Experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic (plus).
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and CRM systems (plus).
- Familiarity with insurance processes, pricing/quotations, and commercial closing (plus).
