Business Analyst

• Lead complex and enterprise-wide implementations with multiple integrated workstreams

Senior Business Analyst – Pharmacy, RCM, Billing & Financial Reconciliation

General Counsel

• Provide legal and commercial advice in support of deal execution, business expansion and growth initiatives.
• Negotiate a variety of commercial transactions involving a broad range of healthcare entities, including hospitals, health systems, health plans, physician practices and other healthcare organizations.
• Serve as a partner to cross-functional stakeholders by supporting strategic partnerships and connectivity arrangements that drive operational growth.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements including SaaS, technology services, data sharing, data use agreements, strategic alliances and vendor contracts.
• Structure and negotiate clearinghouse connectivity agreements, trading partner agreements, EDI-related contracts, and interoperability arrangements supporting provider revenue cycle and claims workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance and Product teams to ensure that contractual terms are compliant with legal, regulatory and corporate risk preferences.
• Advise internal stakeholders on topics relating to compliance with healthcare laws, including HIPAA, fraud and abuse laws and legal aspects related to Medicare and Medicaid compliance.
• Contribute to legal strategy and day-to-day management of any pending subpoenas, litigation and investigations.
• Provide leadership in responding to regulatory inquiries, audits and investigations relating to healthcare and data privacy topics.
• Advise on the commercial and regulatory implications of proposed data uses.
• Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as business needs dictate.
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement.

Senior Legal Counsel

• Serve as the primary partner to the President and COO, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Drive follow-through on decisions, action items, and projects to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely execution
• Can act as an extension of the President and COO in meetings and communications for coordination across teams
• Create high-quality presentations, reports, executive team and board-level materials that clearly communicate complex information
• Draft executive communications, talking points, and internal updates as needed
• Manage complex, dynamic calendars and prioritize scheduling needs for the President and COO
• Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and detailed briefings to ensure smooth logistics
• Plan and execute internal and external meetings, events, and engagements
• Oversee traditional executive administrative activities, including expense reports, document management, and contract routing
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external partners on behalf of the CPO

Executive Assistant – President and Chief Operating Officer

• Maintain a pipeline of AI automation opportunities sourced from business unit intake, executive priorities, and direct stakeholder discovery.
• Build business cases with quantified ROI: cost savings, revenue lift, hours offloaded, quality improvements.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped automation candidates with clear acceptance criteria.
• Track opportunity status, prioritization, and outcomes against original projections.
• Build functional prototypes of proposed agents and automations using modern AI tooling (LLM coding assistants, agent frameworks, prompt and skill libraries).
• Validate or invalidate business cases by getting a working version in front of stakeholders within days, not quarters.
• Iterate prototypes against real user feedback before committing to engineering investment.
• Produce demo-ready artifacts that move executive decisions forward.
• Hand off validated prototypes to engineering with clear specifications, success criteria, and stakeholder context.
• Deliver monthly executive reports covering pipeline health, in-flight initiatives, and realized impact.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews comparing projected to actual ROI; capture lessons that improve future estimates.
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements in accordance with Inovalon Operating Policies and Procedures.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities reasonably assigned to support the operational and financial success of Inovalon.
