• Support and maintain internal reference data processes aligned with industry-standard clinical ontologies, including ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and RxNorm, ensuring accuracy and currency of code mappings.

Senior Director, Informatics

Support Engineer

• Answer inbound customer requests via telephone, email or chat or any additional method of inbound communication; demonstrate proficiency with all internal tools.

Technical Product Support Analyst II

• Own the end-to-end M&A integration lifecycle: pre-close readiness assessments, Day 1 operating playbook design, cross-functional workstream governance, and post-close performance tracking through value capture
