About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive structured GTM execution and readiness across the Provider portfolio
  • Execute GTM plans for new Provider products and enhancements, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement
  • Lead quarterly commercial portfolio planning and maintain a Plan of Record
  • Partner with Sales Engineering on early adopter validation, deal strategy, and Voice of Customer capture
  • Manage projects in the product portfolio governance process and communicate governance topics through commercialization
  • Create and report GTM and GTM Readiness metrics and KPIs
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Operations, Sales Engineering, and Pricing
  • Own commercialization outcomes for launches, including adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Track post-launch performance and continuously optimize products
  • Inform pricing and monetization strategies using market feedback, competitive positioning, and performance data
  • Monitor bookings, pipeline health, pricing effectiveness, and retention signals
  • Establish launch success metrics and operating cadence
  • Build scalable commercialization playbooks and repeatable operating models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, enterprise software, or commercial program leadership
  • Proven success developing appropriately sized programs for successful execution
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for influencing cross-functional teams
  • Financial and operational awareness, including revenue, pipeline, and retention signals
  • Open communication, negotiation, and win-win approaches
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • BA or BS degree in a technical or business discipline and/or related field required
  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a sedentary role and perform repetitive motions
  • May require up to 25% travel
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
