About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop technological solutions that impact the speed and quality of healthcare services.
Analyze and interpret user stories to be implemented, translating requirements into technically viable solutions.
Write well-structured, clean, readable, and testable code following software development best practices.
Perform manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance testing of features, ensuring system quality, stability, and compliance with established requirements.
Maintain Inovadora's products by identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and software defects.
Create and keep technical documentation for the tasks you develop up to date, ensuring system usability and understanding while minimizing wasted time and rework by the team.
Handle and integrate databases and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement security measures to reduce vulnerabilities and protect data and system functionality.
Identify software performance bottlenecks and optimize server-side efficiency to ensure fast response times and scalability.
Create APIs and web services to enable communication between different parts of the system and with third-party applications.
Collaborate with your team and other Inovadora teams, answering questions, identifying opportunities, and supporting the construction of solutions to encountered problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails;
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or others;
Web development experience;
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
