About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with clients using active prospecting strategies and a consultative approach to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions;
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and anticipating solutions to their needs;
- Monitor the lead journey through to qualification, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team, and qualify leads originating from marketing campaigns and events;
- Participate in events and trade shows (in-person and online), focusing on generating new leads and expanding the professional network;
- Conduct product and service demonstrations, and support Business Executives in technical and commercial demonstrations, contributing to client qualification;
- Issue quotes in accordance with current commercial policy;
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring prior alignment of client expectations and needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or Health-related fields
- Preferably familiar with sales techniques
- Preferably familiar with public procurement/bidding processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Preferably familiar with CRM tools and digital sales strategies
- Preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (ERP, GRP, among others)
- Preferably knowledgeable about the Health sector
