About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximise sales and return on investment via effective business / customer action planning and analysis
  • Build trusted relationships with key customers across primary care, including GPs, retail Pharmacists, practice teams and allied health professionals
  • Align sales tactics and marketing resources to suit commercial goals with given customers and/or territory opportunities
  • Use a multi-channel approach, including face-to-face, email and virtual engagement, to maximise customer impact
  • Coordinate and deliver clinical education programs aligned to customer needs
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager, Specialist Representatives, and national team to share best practices and achieve business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Sound business acumen
  • Excellent time management
  • A current driver’s licence is required
