About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assumes responsibility for implementing new programs and initiatives.
Conducts regular metric tracking and communication on project status.
Ensures consistency of processes within areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
Demonstrates leadership and expertise in the management of quality improvement processes.
Provides the aggregation and flow of data/information across functional areas in the service line.
Evaluates new programs and initiatives post-implementation to facilitate achievement of results/impact.
Serves as a key team member supporting the implementation of service line programmatic improvement.
Designs and implements systems/programs for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and dissemination of clinical and financial data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years work experience in Program Development
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of Oncology Operations
Healthcare Administration background
