About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Finance Controller to create financial annual operating plans for each fiscal year
Support the Finance Controller to create forecasts for the operations, perform variance analysis
Responsible for tracking capital expenditures and collaborating with Site Directors to forecast CapEx cashflows
Manage Construction in Progress account and liaise with Inotiv’s Accounting team on asset capitalization and disposals
Serve as on-site Finance point of contact for the Boulder, CO site
Attend to government, SoX, and financial statement audits as applicable
Support leadership in Strategic Growth Initiatives with business case analysis and long-range planning targets
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-6 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
Bachelor of Science in the fields of accounting and/or finance
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and D365 ERP accounting system is a must
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant preferred, but not required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
