About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain confidentiality
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- Plan, schedule, and track projects to meet timelines and deliverables
- Maintain project visibility through dashboards, status reports, and meetings
- Communicate updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities across teams and serve as a client liaison
- Track performance metrics, including on-time delivery
- Organize study documentation and maintain records across systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- Support subject matter experts and ensure accurate, timely project documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
