About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides inside sales of Inogen products to Business-to-Business accounts through phone and email contact
- Generates new business from target account list and incoming leads
- Fields technical product questions and assures customer needs are addressed
- Collaborates with Territory Account Executives to achieve sales objectives
- Strives to meet or exceed goals for call volume and meaningful connections
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or equivalent training, education, and experience
- 1-3 years sales/customer service experience, preferred
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Solutions-oriented problem solver
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Proven track record of successful team participation and ability to work independently
