Provides inside sales of Inogen products to Business-to-Business accounts through phone and email contact
Generates new business from target account list and incoming leads
Fields technical product questions and assures customer needs are addressed
Collaborates with Territory Account Executives to achieve sales objectives
Strives to meet or exceed goals for call volume and meaningful connections

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent training, education, and experience
1-3 years sales/customer service experience, preferred
Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Solutions-oriented problem solver
Impeccable phone etiquette
Proven track record of successful team participation and ability to work independently
Self-motivated and able to deliver results with limited oversight
