About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with the B2B Sales Team to understand target segments
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual B2B marketing plans aligned to commercial strategy
- Lead the development and refinement of Inogen’s B2B value proposition
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to support pipeline growth
- Equip sales teams with tools, messaging, and insights needed to effectively engage and convert prospects
- Provide regular reporting and insights to Sales and senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry
- Proven track record of supporting Sales Teams with successful Marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong experience in positioning, messaging development, and go-to-market strategy
