About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieving B2B revenue goals of the company
- Responsible for sales performance and deliver sales results per plan
- Develop and refine sales plan and forecast on an ongoing basis
- Plan and implement sales strategy for portfolio expansion and key partnerships
- Create and implement successful sales strategies for new product launches
- Coordinate training and coaching for sales team members and distribution partners
- Collaborate with marketing to develop programs that support growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 10+ years of sales experience in the Medical Device Industry in the Respiratory segment
- 5+ years of sales experience to Key Accounts and National Distributors
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office
