About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership, direction, and coordination of Inogen's patient-focused sales staff and initiatives
  • Responsible for developing sales plans, forecasts, expense budgets, and strategies
  • Ensure Direct to Patient inside sales and Referral Development Manager outside sales channels are aligned
  • Develop and analyze metrics to interpret and explain underlying drivers of sales performance
  • Establish a team culture of respect and achievement
  • Collaborate with other department managers to promote teamwork focused on patient service and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field (required)
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (required)
  • 5+ years with 65+ demographics preferred
  • 10+ years of management experience with a minimum of five direct reports
  • At least 3 years of Director-level experience in a large corporation (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
