Vice President, Inside Sales
InogenVP of Inside Sales responsible for leading patient-focused sales strategies and teams at Inogen. Driving sales performance across multiple locations and ensuring alignment with operational goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and coordination of Inogen's patient-focused sales staff and initiatives
- Responsible for developing sales plans, forecasts, expense budgets, and strategies
- Ensure Direct to Patient inside sales and Referral Development Manager outside sales channels are aligned
- Develop and analyze metrics to interpret and explain underlying drivers of sales performance
- Establish a team culture of respect and achievement
- Collaborate with other department managers to promote teamwork focused on patient service and operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field (required)
- 15+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (required)
- 5+ years with 65+ demographics preferred
- 10+ years of management experience with a minimum of five direct reports
- At least 3 years of Director-level experience in a large corporation (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
