- Answer product-related questions and set customer expectations
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and adhere to performance metrics
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle high call volume and resolve customer issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous SalesForce and/or Oracle knowledge, preferred
- Proficiency in typing and grammar
- Ability to collaborate with others and work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
