About the role
- Assist with the design and development of eLearning modules, microlearning, and training materials
- Help organize and structure content based on learning objectives and audience needs
- Support storyboard creation, content outlines, and script development
- Edit and update existing training materials (slides, job aids, guides, etc.)
- Learn and apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Collaborate with team members during brainstorming, reviews, and project meetings
- Help with basic multimedia tasks such as slide design, simple graphics, or video support
- Participate in feedback cycles and revisions to improve learning effectiveness
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools
- Exposure to eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, iSpring, etc.)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or basic graphic design
- Interest in video, animation, or multimedia learning
- Understanding of adult learning principles or ADDIE/5D models
