• Support the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of its hybrid storage infrastructure
• Provide end-user support, configuration, maintenance, backup, and optimization of the FTC’s NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) and NetApp Keystone solutions
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring, incident and service request resolution, performing backups, and recommending infrastructure improvements
