Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, using various channels such as social media, different job boards, and Linkedin Recruiter
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback
- Develop and promote a compelling employer brand through company events, and career fairs
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement best practices for attracting and retaining talent, including employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information using ATS and CRM systems
- Utilize analytics tools effectively to track and improve recruitment metrics
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as account management, development, and administration
- Establish feedback mechanisms to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Implement strategies for attracting a diverse pool of candidates and reduce biases in the hiring process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Experience in Tech recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Experience using Linkedin Recruiter
- Excellent communications skills in English
