About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You build new sales pipelines and optimize existing processes, from initial customer outreach through to closing deals.

- You actively shape the business development roadmap while keeping an eye on new technological developments.
- You represent our startup at trade shows and networking events and inspire people with our vision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Startup sales experience: You know how to build structures from scratch and adapt flexibly to change.
- Technical understanding: Whether electrical engineering or mechanical engineering — you grasp complex issues and can explain them clearly.
- Hard skills: You have a proven sales track record, are experienced in cold outreach, can draft contracts, and assemble solution packages.
- Soft skills: You spark curiosity in potential customers, are a strong communicator, convey competence, and quickly get up to speed on new topics.
- Personal qualities: Open, outgoing, courageous, and visionary — you’re willing to take on new challenges and sometimes use unconventional ways to achieve goals.
