About the role

  • B2B sales outreach (approx. 30%) and product support & feedback (approx. 70%)
  • Support for B2B outreach via LinkedIn and email
  • Research and preparation of potential target customers (companies of all sizes)
  • Preparation of initial outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintenance and organization of contacts in the CRM
  • Reporting market and customer reactions to Sales & Product
  • Analysis of real use cases and invoices from the customer's perspective
  • Identifying product logic, pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Systematic compilation of feedback from sales and customer interactions
  • Weekly coordination with IT on:
  • Bugs, logic or data issues, and usability improvements
  • Support in testing new features from an end-user perspective

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science)
  • Interest in B2B software, startups and processes
  • Very good German skills, good English skills
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • First experience with sales, customer research or startups (nice-to-have)
  • LinkedIn research or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) (nice-to-have)
