About the role

  • Design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and leverage modern cloud platforms and integration patterns.
  • Develop scalable and secure architectures for CRM, sales, and service systems in telecommunications.
  • Lead solution workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Oversee the integration of diverse systems, including CRM, billing, service platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on solution design and cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications IT systems, CRM, sales, and service processes.
  • Experience in system integration, including APIs, middleware, and enterprise service buses (ESB).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and compliance standards in cloud environments.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
