About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct customer-facing contact
- You will work directly with the Head of Datacenter Infrastructure and the client’s team
- Schedule all customer-requested work assignments at the data center locations in Bavaria
- Coordinate incident/repair deployments – as part of a strong team
- Take on organizational coordination and documentation
- Close collaboration with on-site technicians
- Material coordination and on-site checks
- Coordinate quotes/proposals for additional orders
- Create, review and comprehensively file all service reports for construction and maintenance activities
- Verify all deployment-related documents for completeness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Resident in the Nuremberg area / metropolitan region
- Commercial or technical qualification
- Experience in coordination / administrative processing
- Experience in a corporate environment or with major clients
- Very structured and conscientious working style
- Enjoy working with technicians – on an equal footing
- Willingness to learn and interest in new topics
- Good spoken and written English
- Confident user of MS Office / ERP tools
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Genuine motivation from consistently satisfied customers
- Advantageous: Experience in Technical Service / Field Service
- Knowledge of construction or IT project environments
