About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, assess, and respond to client tickets in ServiceNow
- Communicate clear and accurate updates through email and ticketing systems
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Prepare reports on ticket volumes and service trends
- Work closely with senior consultants to resolve complex issues
- Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of RPA development experience
- Hands-on exposure to UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies
- Basic understanding of IT service management tools, ideally ServiceNow
- Confidence in client-facing situations and clear communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment
