Innovetive Petcare is seeking an experienced and strategic Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Marketing Manager to support our growing network of 12–15+ specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals across the United States.
This remote marketing leadership role is ideal for a veterinary marketing professional with experience in specialty and emergency veterinary medicine, referral relationship management, healthcare marketing, and multi-location growth strategy.
The individual in this role will partner closely with hospital leadership, field operations teams, referral coordinators, and centralized marketing partners to drive referral growth, increase case volume, strengthen brand visibility, and support local hospital success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5–7+ years of marketing experience in veterinary healthcare, healthcare services, or multi-location organizations
Specialty and emergency veterinary marketing experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting referral-driven business models and relationship-based growth initiatives preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, self-directed environment
Ability to travel up to 30% for hospital visits, events, and field engagement
Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with:
- Salesforce CRM platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact
- Social media platforms including Meta
- Project management systems such as Asana
- Marketing analytics and campaign reporting
