About the role
- Greet clients with warmth and empathy in stressful situations
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/outs
- Collect payments and explain financial transactions clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure hospital cleanliness
- Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to support patient care
- Full-time schedule: 5 shifts per week, 12 hours each
- Dedicated to Specialty Department supporting Internal Medicine, Surgery, and other advanced services
Requirements
- 1 year previous experience in a veterinary, or 2 years in human medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional or high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
