Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, product management, or a Chief of Staff role
Track record of driving complex initiatives across multiple teams without formal authority
Comfort with technical depth, conversant in modern AI/ML development, software engineering practice, and biometrics or computer vision R&D org
Strong writing skills
Calibrated judgement on what to escalate, absorb, or delegate
Demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
Background in deep-tech, biometrics, computer vision, or applied ML is a plus.
Experience inside a company going through AI transformation as an operator or consultant is a plus.
