About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Solution Manager, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge biometric technology and real-world implementation.
Helping partners and customers leverage solutions for critical identity applications including elections, customer onboarding, passport issuance, border control, and more.
Transform complex technical capabilities into seamless, practical solutions.
Dive deep into our biometric technology stack through comprehensive trainings on SDKs, ABIS architecture, and integration methodologies.
Shadow live customer training sessions to understand real implementation challenges and solutions.
Take ownership of your first client project, becoming their primary technical point of contact.
Develop your first data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization.
Deliver your first solo training session, guiding clients from theoretical concepts to hands-on implementation.
Independently manage multiple technical implementations from conception to deployment.
Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a self-reliant generalist with a can-do attitude.
Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
Analytical approach to solving complex problems, ability to clearly describe the situation and suggest a solution strategy
Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to deliver high quality written outputs, diagrams, analyzes and presentations
University education in technology or economy/business area
Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips.
Technologies you may come across in the role: Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other major languages
Multiple SQL flavors
REST API design and integration
Message Queues (MQ)
CI/CD pipelines
AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes
Keycloak
Exposure to biometrics SDKs, platforms, or solutions is an advantage.
