About the role
- Act as the technical backbone of the sales process.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers.
- Help partners, system integrators, and end clients understand biometric technology.
- Align business needs with solutions capabilities.
- Ensure a smooth transition from presales phase to purchase and implementation.
- Travel: 40–60% depending on active programs.
Requirements
- University degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Proven B2B experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English, Spanish
- Professional fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable
- Experience with biometric technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with tenders or partner-driven sales is highly valued
- Eagerness to grow into a trusted technical advisor in the biometrics space
- Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups
