About the role

  • Transform complex biometric technology capabilities into seamless, practical identity solutions (elections, customer onboarding, passport issuance, border control)
  • Dive deep into biometric SDKs, ABIS architecture and integration methodologies; shadow customer trainings
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for client projects and lead technical implementations
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges, optimize system performance, and debug intricate technical issues
  • Develop data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization
  • Provide and deliver training sessions and technical knowledge transfers to clients
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including Factory Acceptance Tests, Quality Analyses and Deduplication Reports
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, R&D and product teams and channel customer feedback into product roadmaps
  • Contribute improvements to internal tools and CI/CD processes and develop custom tools as needed

Requirements

  • You are a self-reliant generalist with a can-do attitude
  • University education in technology or economy/business area
  • Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
  • Analytical approach to solving complex problems, ability to clearly describe the situation and suggest a solution strategy
  • Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to deliver high quality written outputs, diagrams, analyses and presentations
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips
  • Software engineering background; coding proficiency for data migrations and custom tools
  • Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other major languages
  • Experience with multiple SQL flavors
  • REST API design and integration experience
  • Familiarity with Message Queues (MQ)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Keycloak
  • Exposure to biometrics SDKs, platforms, or solutions is an advantage
  • Mid-to-senior technical level (T4/T5); strong problem-solving, debugging and algorithmic thinking
