About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicating the iS Clinical brand messaging and philosophies
- Developing educational materials
- Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions
- Participating in seminars for aesthetic professionals and company personnel
- Responding to product inquiries from business partners and end-users
- Reporting to the Aesthetic Training Manager
- Educating global Sales teams, Partners, and prospects on iS Clinical products, treatments, and science behind them
- Collaborating with the education and marketing teams for training materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active aesthetics license
- 1+ years, previous training experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an adaptive and flexible approach
- Sound organizational ability, especially with strategy and scheduling work within a clinical setting
- Strong computer skills and intermediate proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented work environment
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to schedule efficient flights, car rentals, and hotels in advance for traveling into different markets, keeping budget in mind
- Passion, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for training and knowledge of skin and skincare industry
- Navigate easily through challenges while maintaining professionalism
