About the role

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Grenada and the wider Caribbean region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations tailored to client needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to build brand awareness
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing activities
  • Create marketing materials, proposals, and content to support sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in technology, security, or B2B solutions
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
