About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospecting new and existing business with phone, email and in-person visits
  • Work as a nationwide sales team
  • Assist customer buying decisions
  • Provide Janitorial product and technical advice
  • Learn new Janitorial products and industry trends
  • Educate customers through product demonstrations
  • Attend product and industry seminars/training events
  • Attend daily company meetings via zoom, phone call or in person
  • Must be able to work weekends if needed
  • Local/National travel to client locations (some overnight and weekends may be required)
  • Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base
  • Develop professional customer and Service Provider relationships (in person and over the phone)
  • Must be able to self-generate (from scratch) sale leads (at least 50 leads per day)
  • Systematic solicitation of targeted commercial prospects through face-to-face contact within a zone (business-to-business cold calling)
  • Oversee operations and take care of customers issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5-8 years outside sales experience (business-to-business preferred)
