Data Management: Support the maintenance and updating of our vendor databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current
Operations Projects: Take on other duties as assigned to support organizational goals and gain experience in various operational areas
Human Resources & Operations: Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining digital personnel files
Financial Analysis and Administration: Help with finance tasks, such as tracking expenses and assisting with financial record-keeping. Help analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and support the Finance and Operations team.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program with a strong interest in the non-profit sector or business/operations
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with common office software, such as Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
