Solutions Engineer

• Lead end-to-end solution design workshops with customers across Facilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
• Translate business requirements into Maximo MAS 8+ configurations, integrations, and extensions.
• Architect scalable solutions covering work management, asset lifecycle, spares & inventory, HSE, and predictive maintenance.
• Advise customers on best practices, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and digital adoption strategies; conduct maturity assessments and recommend roadmap improvements.
• Map Innovapptive’s Connected Worker platform with IBM Maximo to drive business value and ROI.
• Provide guidance on Maximo MAS 8+ deployments, upgrades, license management, API enablement, and integrations (SAP, GIS, IoT, mobility).
• Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues; ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Oversee full-cycle implementations from discovery to post-go-live support; mentor and train customer and internal teams.
• Lead and review solution documentation, data models, and architecture diagrams.
• Report to VP of Solution Consulting; perform other duties as assigned.
