About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, direct, and oversee engineering, operations activities, and project execution for InnovAge’s Enterprise applications portfolio
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Enterprise Applications team
  • Lead ERP development and lifecycle in partnership with IT and business teams
  • Manage development and deployment of enterprise applications, systems software, and enhancements
  • Govern selection, deployment, upgrading, and maintenance of Line-of-Business and Enterprise software, including HIPAA and SOX compliance and relevant standards such as PCI and ISO 27001
  • Collaborate with internal audit, external audit, and InnovAge management on SOX and IT GRC controls
  • Ensure applications support business goals and user requirements across user communities
  • Align application development, deployment, and support with business and IT strategies
  • Lead multiyear capability road maps for enterprise applications with business leads, system integrators, end users, and vendors
  • Advise senior management on application strategy across markets and business units
  • Prepare management reports and participate in Steering Committee meetings
  • Manage enterprise application technology annual budgets and costs
  • Oversee release and change management and quality standards for multiple technology solutions
  • Define and track team performance metrics against organizational goals
  • Oversee multiple projects and prioritize resources based on availability
  • Partner with peers to acquire and maintain operational and technical support tools and track SOP compliance
  • Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, related technical field, or relevant experience required
  • 10+ years of experience implementing, upgrading, and enabling lead ERP solutions, leading ERP teams, and deploying solutions in Finance, Payroll, HR, and Maintenance
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise architecture and design patterns
  • Proven enterprise integration experience focused on cloud computing and traditional ERP environments
  • Experience developing IT architecture strategies and roadmaps
  • Ability to understand and articulate enterprise-level business requirements, direction, and initiatives
  • Substantial knowledge of business functions, processes, and supporting technology in a Healthcare organization
  • Experience in information and data management for finance, supply chain, customer service, HR, and business/process improvement
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and building strong, scalable, and diverse teams
  • Required Healthcare experience, including implementation of ERP, Claims, and HCM systems in a Healthcare environment
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience hiring, managing, developing, and retaining highly technical staff and leadership
  • Experience managing teams within a matrixed structure
  • Experience leading complex technology development projects on time and on budget
  • Experience leading operations and support teams while meeting defined service levels
  • Experience with software technologies and tools used by business and operations staff
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud, databases, applications, platforms, and services
  • Experience operating in cloud platforms such as Azure
