About the role
- Design and implement AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use
- Build multi step agent workflows with memory and state management
- Develop production ready RAG systems with optimized retrieval and context handling
- Fine tune and evaluate LLMs for domain specific use cases
- Implement guardrails, validation layers, and structured output controls
- Design evaluation frameworks for reliability, hallucination mitigation, and safety
- Build scalable REST APIs to expose AI capabilities
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools and third party systems
- Design microservices and asynchronous systems for high throughput workloads
- Optimize inference latency, reliability, and cloud cost
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services
- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders
- Provide architectural recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Support pilots, proofs of concept, and production rollouts
Requirements
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning
- Deep understanding of transformers and modern LLM architectures
- Hands on experience building agent based systems with tool calling and orchestration
- Experience with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
- Strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals
- Solid system design and distributed systems knowledge
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong problem solving and structured thinking
- Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
- High ownership mindset and bias for execution
- Comfort working in fast paced and ambiguous environments
- Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience working in a consulting or client delivery environment
- Experience leading small technical workstreams or mentoring junior engineers
