Director

• Bridge the gap between product, customer success, and end users to drive adoption of analytical products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to champion product adoption and foster product value through a story/narrative-driven approach
• Serve as the “last line of defense” to ensure product quality, including validity of data and calculations and discernment of meaningful insights
• Partner closely with the Customer Success team to collect feedback on customers’ needs, challenges, and adoption barriers; identify product improvement opportunities and underserved use-cases
• Partner with teams focused on measuring outcomes and value to develop, sponsor, and support proactive product adoption strategies
• Serve as the voice of the customer within product teams, advocating for improvements that enhance product value and end-user experience
• Track adoption metrics, analyze usage patterns, and recommend strategies to increase product adoption and retention
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design adoption campaigns, onboarding experiences, and customer education initiatives
• Develop engaging, relatable, and easy-to-understand content (guides, tutorials, videos, webinars, FAQs) to improve product usability and customer engagement
