About the role
- Lead Strategic Growth: Own the expansion of Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business by identifying, shaping, and closing enterprise transformation opportunities with health systems, MSOs, and provider networks.
- Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders—helping them optimize financial performance and operational efficiency through Innovaccer’s RCM capabilities.
- Solution Leadership: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align Innovaccer’s Flow Solution with customer goals and enterprise challenges.
- Value-Based Advisory: Design RCM transformation roadmaps, create compelling ROI and performance improvement models, and guide organizations through implementation and adoption.
- Commercial Ownership: Lead executive-level deal discussions, structure partnerships, and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions to showcase our approach to RCM modernization and performance excellence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers to strengthen Innovaccer’s delivery capability and client impact.
- Voice of the Market: Bring back insights from the field—informing product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy to ensure Innovaccer’s Flow Solution remains best-in-class.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs within provider or health system environments.
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations—including charge capture, claims, denials, A/R management, and financial analytics.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, Revenue Operations leaders).
- Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on financial performance improvement.
- Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen—able to link technology and workflow automation to measurable business value.
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
