Shape and drive growth initiatives with health systems, payers, pharmacies, public health and healthcare technology partners
Build strategic pitch decks, case studies, and board-level briefings articulating Innovaccer’s value proposition
Lead market assessments, competitive analysis, customer profiling, and solution-specific opportunity deep dives
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create strategic narratives, ROI models, and thought leadership materials
Shape go-to-market strategies for new solution areas and provide analytical support on revenue optimization and operational efficiency
Serve as thought partner to customers, using consulting toolkit and healthcare expertise to identify pain points and design measurable solutions
Act as bridge between industry knowledge and technology capabilities to help healthcare organizations adopt digital transformation powered by Innovaccer
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology/product companies, or roles within healthcare organizations (payer, provider, pharmacy)
Strong expertise in at least one: Value-Based Care, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Experience, Outreach, or Payer Operations
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and understanding of how AI can improve healthcare delivery and operations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills; experience building Excel models and crafting PowerPoint presentations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across functions
Comfort working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams in the US and India
