About the role
- Lead Strategic Growth: Drive expansion of Innovaccer’s AI platform (Gravity) by identifying, shaping, and closing new enterprise transformation opportunities.
- C-Suite Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CFOs on AI readiness, digital transformation, and data strategy. Build and maintain strategic executive relationships.
- Platform Portfolio Growth: Expand platform footprint across clinical trial, pharma, and patient support—partnering with product, sales, and solution engineering teams to drive adoption.
- Transformation Advisory: Design enterprise AI roadmaps, help clients move from pilot to production at scale, and guide implementation and change management strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Innovaccer in industry forums, strategic briefings, and customer innovation sessions to showcase AI-led transformation capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead cross-functional growth pods, including consultants, solution architects, and analysts to drive client success and internal acceleration.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in life sciences strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting.
- Proven background at a top-tier consultancy with a focus on life sciences and AI/digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of the life sciences R&D, clinical trials, real-world data, commercial operations, and regulatory environment.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading AI/digital platform growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
