About the role

  • Innovaccer is a leading healthcare AI company powering data unification and AI adoption via the Gravity platform.
  • Shape, grow, and scale Innovaccer’s AI platform adoption across strategic payer enterprise accounts.
  • Work directly with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs) to drive AI readiness, digital transformation, and data strategy.
  • Identify, shape, and close large enterprise transformation opportunities and expand platform footprint across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
  • Design enterprise AI roadmaps, move clients from pilot to production at scale, and guide implementation and change management.
  • Represent Innovaccer in industry forums and customer innovation sessions as a thought leader.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional growth pods including consultants, solution architects, and analysts.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting.
  • Proven background at a top-tier consultancy with a focus on healthcare and AI/digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape (providers, payers, HIT, data platforms, interoperability).
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading AI/digital platform growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
