About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather contacts from the relevant business stakeholders
- Engage with the relevant business units to understand the Project's impact on the service
- Identify financial issues and define the approach in coordination with the buyer responsible for the contract, if applicable
- Analyze contracts to determine the level of complexity of required actions
- Inform the relevant buyers and managers
- Escalate any potential blocking issues to the appropriate buyers
- Request further escalation if necessary
- Report on the mapping follow-up in a consolidated XLS summary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Contract Law / Business Law (or equivalent)
- 1 to 5 years' professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
- Experience negotiating supplier/vendor contracts, gained within an in-house legal department and/or a legal advisory firm or law firm
- Business-level English
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and solid drafting/writing abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and responsiveness are essential for success in this role
